Harris E. Tulchin is a veteran entertainment attorney with extensive background and experience in all phases of feature film, television, video, music, infomercial, and multimedia development, financing, production, and distribution. Recently, the firm was joined on an "Of Counsel" basis by veteran entertainment and music attorney Lawrence J. Langs, as well as entertainment attorney, author and producer Mark Litwak. The firm's Rome office is headed by Italian attorney, Silvio Tonazzi. French entertainment attorneys, Jean-Christophe Barjon and Jean-Francois Joffre head up the firm's Paris office.

Harris E. Tulchin is a graduate of Cornell University and Hastings Law School, and has practiced law since 1978. He has lectured extensively at forums such as UCLA, AFI, IFP, Digital Hollywood and USC, and brings a wealth of studio and private practice experience to the firm. He has served as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel for Cinema Group; General Counsel and Head of Business Affairs for KCET Television; Senior Counsel for United Artists; Director of Business Affairs at MGM Television; and Counsel for American International Pictures and Filmways Pictures (now Orion Pictures). Paul D. Fix is an entertainment attorney with a special interest in the internet and related legal issues. Mr. Fix has worked for NBC News, the Los Angeles County District Attorney and for the City Planning Commissioner of Ontario, California. He is a member of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment sections of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Mr. Fix is currently Business Affairs Counsel for Harris Tulchin & Associates.
