acceptable format)
6.	Access to Stereo M&E Track (either 35mm, DA-88, 1/2" or other 
acceptable format)
7.	Access to All Outtakes and Trims
8.	Textless Background
9.	D-1 or D-2 Video Transfer Master
10.	Music Cue Sheet
11.	Final Shooting Script
12.	100 Color Transparencies and 100 Black/White Stills and Negatives
13.	If available, production notes, bios, synopsis, etc.
14.	Credit Requirements
15.	E&O Certificate with no less than $3,000,000/$1,000,000 coverage and 
no greater than a 	$10,000 deductible
16.	MPAA rating no more restrictive than "R"
17.	Television version of the Picture meeting all customary U.S. network 
standards and practices
18.	Trailer, if available
19.	Artwork and Poster, if available
