Harris E. Tulchin is a graduate of Cornell University and Hastings Law School, and has practiced law since 1978.           Christopher J. Young  is a California and Federal licensed attorney located in the West Los  Angeles area.  A native Californian, Chris is intimately familiar with  the fast paced legal  environment complex legal matters that often arise  in the entertainment industry.   Chris understands the needs of  independent film producers, talent managers,  and film financiers.
Shortly after College and during law school Chris co-opened a successful wine and beer distribution company in Seattle, WA in which he operated as legal consultant and operations manager, traveling in between Los Angeles and Seattle.  At the same time, Chris also ran an event production company in the Los Angeles area area dedicated to producing networking and non-profit events. After law school, Chris has added to his resume legal experience from the Los Angeles District Attorneyâ��s Office, Coudert Brothers, and Tulchin Media Entertainment. While working with Tulchin Media Entertainment Chris has been integral in business development and assists in production legal work, including script clearance, talent agreements, distribution deals, and foreign film sales.Â

David A. Helfant  is an  entertainment attorney specializing in the fields of music, television  and motion pictures. Mr. Helfant was previously an attorney with  Bushkin, Gaims, Gaines & Jonas, with whom he performed legal work  for Johnny Carson, John Travolta, Van Halen, Columbia Pictures, The  Commercial Bank of California, Marsha Mason, Joyce DeWitt, Lou Gossett,  Jr., and Steppenwolf, to name just a few. He started his own practice in  March, 1984, and performs legal work for "Expose", Nia Peeples,  Mitsubishi Electric's Meldac Records, Jazz Pictures, Inc., Interscope  Communications, Nat Kipner, Track 24 Productions, Video Knockouts, Wyatt  Knight of the "Porky's" trilogy, and Rhino Records, among others. Mr. Helfant also executive produced a music video and single for  the United Nations Global Youth Forum entitled "Please Save Us The  World", which project premiered at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in  1992.
        
          Lawrence J. Langs has been  working with his associates at Interactive Media Consulting as legal and  business counsel exclusively to clients in the interactive media  industry since 1991. Projects entail joint-ventures, mergers and  acquisitions, corporate structuring, intellectual property, licensing  and royalties, employment issues, venture funding and finance.  Industries include multimedia title development and distribution,  interactive television, commercial and internet based online services,  interactive music products, and virtual reality systems and  applications. These activities involve companies such as AT&T,  Paramount, Simon & Schuster, Viacom New Media, Compton's New Media,  VPL Research, Interplay, Broderbund, Time Warner, HyperBole Publishing,  Media Vision, Orion Pictures, Interactive Electronics Corporation and  West Coast Entertainment, among others.
        
        From 1995-96 Larry was acting Business Development Manager for the  New Media Division of Sybase, the world leader in interactive television  deployments, and the 6th largest software company in the world. He was  involved with strategic interactive television initiatives, was a team  leader for the worldwide launch of Sybase's first series of internet  products, and involved with developing and executing strategic  relationships with internet companies.
        Prior experience includes several years as an Investment Banker for  Chemical Bank in New York, and two years as a Senior Strategic  Consultant for Arthur D. Little in Boston. Mr. Langs holds a Juris  Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, and a Master's Degree in  Finance and Management of Technology from the Sloan School of  Management at M.I.T. He is a member of the New York Bar.
        
        He has been Vice President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the  International Interactive Communications Society (IICS), and co-founder  of the Interactive Finance Special Interest Group, and an active member  of the Interactive Multimedia Association (IMA). Mr. Langs has been a  speaker at many interactive media conferences, and guest lecturer at  UCLA Extension classes on new media for the past 3 years. He taught a  UCLA extension class on managing multimedia growth companies in Spring  1996. Taught classes on new media law and business for MCLE credit for  California Bar Association and UCLA.
        
        Silvio Tonazzi is a native of  Rome, and a senior partner of the Italian law firm BOSCO TONAZZI since  1972, Mr. Tonazzi specializes in entertainment law, with particular  emphasis on copyright, civil, and international law. Mr. Tonazzi  represents U.S. and other multinational corporations as well as  individuals both in Italy and internationally. He has argued cases  before the Italian Supreme and Constitutional Courts to which only a  restricted number of Italian attorneys have access.
        
        Jean Christophe Barjon has  practiced law in France since 1978, with a concentration on  entertainment law and intellectual property. Admitted to the Bar in  Paris, he can appear in court in France and before the E.E.C. Among the  clients of Mr. Barjon's firm, BARJON & BARJON, are some of the  premiere entertainment producers and packagers in France of theatrical  feature films, television movies and miniseries, stage productions, as  well as advertisers, banks, writers, actors, directors, and musicians.  The firm has also developed a general practice department emphasizing  Corporate, Business Acquisitions, and Bankruptcy. A member of the  International Bar Association, and the International Association of  Entertainment Lawyers, Mr. Barjon is also a member of "Association  Europeenne des Conseils et Experts du Cinema et de la Communication  Audiovisuelle," and "Association Internationale des Avocats du Droit  d'Auteur." Mr. Barjon teaches seminars on Entertainment Law and torts at  Mediajuri in Paris.
